Membership Options
We offer the below membership plans for our patients that either don't have insurance, or have insurance but might not be pleased with their coverages for dental care. This is a worry-free way for you to ensure your routine dental care needs are paid for and in addition, gives you a 10% discount on all necessary treatment as well as a 5% discount for elective procedures.
Pediatric Memberships
The Membership Includes: 2 Regular Periodic Exams, 2 Regular Cleanings, Routine X-rays without Panoramic Image, 1 Emergency Exam, Oral Cancer Screening .
This plan can be paid month to month for a 12-month commitment, or can be paid in one yearly amount.
Youth Memberships
The Membership Includes: 2 Regular Periodic Exams, 2 Regular Cleanings, Routine X-rays including 4 Bitewing Images and Panoramic Image, 1 Emergency Exam, Oral Cancer Screening.
This plan can be paid month to month for a 12-month commitment, or can be paid in one yearly amount.
Adult Membership
The Membership Includes: 2 Regular Periodic Exams, 2 Regular Cleanings, Routine X-rays this Includes all Routine Bitewing X-rays and a Panoramic X-ray, 1 Emergency Exam, Oral Cancer Screening.
This plan can be paid month to month for a 12-month commitment, or can be paid in one yearly amount.
Periodontal Membership
The Membership Includes: 2 Regular Periodic Exams, 3 Periodontal Cleanings, Routine X-rays Including Bitewings and a Panoramic Image, 1 Emergency Exam, Oral Cancer Screening.
This plan can be paid month to month for a 12-month commitment, or can be paid in one yearly amount.
